This discussion was lead by the co-founders of the Elders Council for Social Entrepreneurs, Mel Young, Chris Underhill and Andrea Coleman. They discussed the importance of, and the challenges facing, elders within the social innovation community as well as looking back on enlightening conversations that have had in the previous two years of running their organisation. It was an engaging session that highlighted fantastic insights on eldership from the audience (of various ages) as well as the hosts, including from South Africa, Scotland, Lesotho, IOWA and Ghana.
